Greetings and welcome, I am Alan H. Robles, the founder of Alandria, it begins as a small organisation; a one man company, as myself in charge of the entire enterprise. For me, this is a challenge I very much look forward to undertake with much enthusiasm, a challenge worth occupying my senses and a challenge that may be almost as much enjoyable, as the pleasure itself shall be for overcoming it excellently.

My abilities extend beyond accounting, but to keep myself within scope and within your patience, I will only admit that among my favourite pastimes, I enjoy physical fitness, drawing and travelling. Professionally, I consider myself to be honest and adaptable, practical and disciplined, capable of designing, selecting and conducting tasks efficiently, in accordance with your necessities, so your accounting duties are met comfortably. Alandria offers complete accounting services to landlords, who let their properties to the general public. Also, especially for estate agencies, payroll services are available. My vision and ambition for Alandria, ultimately, is to be recognised within the real estate industry in the United Kingdom, as the accountancy firm that homeowners, estate agencies and investors can trust, to deliver ethical, accurate and effective services.
