These services are applied as per bank account, so this is to be considered when budgeting total fees for multiple bank accounts. It is highly advisable, to hold or open a business bank account, this will keep all business transactions separate from personal transactions, this will document business transactions clearly, with their total income and expenses figures shown at a glance in the bank statement.

COMPULSORY REVISION OF LEDGER ACCOUNTS TRANSFER
The transfer of your ledger accounts from previous months to Alandria, requires that a ledger revision be made from the start of your current financial year, to check its correctness and for Alandria, to comply with its company policy. Therefore, all ledger revisions for transfer are compulsory.


The price for this service, is a one-off fee of £1 per transaction or £50 per revision, whichever is less.


MONTHLY LEDGER BOOKKEEPING
This service will enter all transactions into a ledger of accounts, using the relevant accounting basis, and will include a monthly trial balance, which will be useful for looking at invested capital, specific expenses or income. There are two prices to consider, for a business bank account and for a personal bank account. It is highly advisable to have all the bank accounts for which you have income, to be recorded by Alandria, especially if you plan to purchase the self-assessment tax return service, this will minimise the likelihood of tax return errors.


The price for this service, as per business bank account, is a monthly fee of £2 per transaction.
The price for this service, as per personal bank account, is a monthly fee of £1 per transaction.


SELF-ASSESSMENT TAX RETURN
This service, will calculate and submit your tax return for the relevant fiscal year. All income information must be provided, so correct calculations are made. If Alandria has recorded all your bank accounts which receive income for that year, then these will be used to calculate the tax return.

The price for this service, is at £200 per submission. This fee may be paid as one, or spread out on a monthly basis, yet, payment must be completed before the submission. Monthly payments will be refunded, if the tax submission is no longer required, or if switching to another service provider, but an admin fee of £20 applies.


FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
This service, offers a Profit & Loss Statement, and a Balance Sheet. It is highly recommended, to request this service when considering the following:

  • Large renovations that will affect income, expenses, fixed assets or cash reserves.
  • Financial performance analysis, for the month, quarterly or yearly.
  • Informing your financial viability to credit reference agencies, or bank, when applying for lending or overdraft.

This service, is only available after ledger accounts have been revised, or if they are performed by Alandria.


The price for this service, is at £30 per request.


BANK RECONCILIATION
This service is recommended, if a personal assistant is responsible for deposits of cash into the bank account, it ensures that the balance at the bank matches the ledger’s bank account, this will confirm that all cash has been deposited. Also, it identifies early, incorrect amounts of cash deposits or cash fraud.


The price for this service, is at £20 per request.
